Cookie Icing

  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1-2 TBS of clear vanilla 
  • 2/3 cup milk  add slowly adjusting to desired consistency
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl

 This is versatile you can add more powder sugar if you need it thicker or more milk or water to thin it. Divide and tint as desired with gel food coloring

Use at room temperature and store in refrigerator up to 2weeks
